Apprenticeship Incentives for Employers
The National Employment Agency applied incentives for employers, specifically GAN Turkiye members who offer qualified vocational education and apprenticeship programs. The initiative between GAN Turkiye and İŞKUR followed a survey that the National Employment Agency conducted showing a correlation between unemployment and lack of training.

Collaboration on Apprenticeship Protocol was signed between İŞKUR and GAN TURKEY
GAN companies employ more than 100,000 people. We’ll offer significant incentives to these enterprises for apprentices who will be trained and employed by them under the framework of the ‘apprentice training program.’ We’ll be reaching a pool of enterprises thanks to this protocol.
