GAN Colombia connects employers, educators, and policymakers to promote apprenticeships and work-based learning to youth unemployment. Launched during a time of civil reform and integrating victims of conflict in educational and work-based learning programs, the network connects stakeholders to raise awareness, influence policy, and forge innovative partnerships to help bridge the skills gap between young people and companies.
