GAN Global is honoured to welcome three network country representatives onto the Management Board. As the two-year term of GAN Colombia, GAN Malawi and GAN Turkey comes to an end, members thank these three countries for their service. We welcome the following three individuals, as representatives of the host organizations of three GAN Networks, for their future commitments to promote work-based learning, including apprenticeships and adaptive measures to innovate and respond to the many recent changes in workforce development and learning:
“At GAN Argentina, our goal is to encourage local companies to commit to training and incorporating young people into the world of work. We create alliances with companies, organizations and training centres to promote early development of professional skills required by the labour market for youth.”
GAN Argentina – Unión Industrial Argentina (UIA)

“I am delighted to be representing GAN Australia on the Board of GAN Global and look forward to making a meaningful contribution to its important work. GAN Australia has established a wonderful working relationship with GAN over the last few years, and we now look to build on that work and commitment.”
GAN Australia – Apprenticeship Employment Network (AEN)

“I am personally invested in promoting work-based learning as it allowed me to study while gaining valuable work experience and fundamental skills that became the foundation of my career. It is a great honour for CACIF to have been invited to become a member of the GAN Board and to lead the implementation of work-based learning in our country.“
GAN Guatemala – Comité Coordinador de Asociaciones Agrícolas, Comerciales, Industriales y Financieras (CACIF)
